You have the right to obtain information from us about the personal data concerning you (Art. 15 DS-GVO) that is processed by us. Furthermore, you have a right to rectification (Art. 16DS-GVO), deletion (Art.17 DS-GVO) or restriction of processing (Art. 18 DS-GVO) and a right to data portability (Art. 20 DS-GVO). 3. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

When you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (your e-mail address, name and telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data occurring in this context after storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if there are legal obligations to retain data. a) What sources and data do we use?
We process your personal data, which we collect from the pre-contractual measures and the contractual processing of our business relations with you. Usually, the following data is processed:      

   -business contact data of the contact persons at our customers and our other business partners.

If customers and business partners or data subjects are natural persons, the following data are also processed:    
-Account details
-Any information regarding their personal request.


b) What do we process your data for - purpose of processing - and on what legal basis is this done?

Usually, the personal data is processed for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 b DS-GVO. We process your personal data within the scope of our customer service on the basis of your consent or on the basis of our legitimate interest in weighing the protection of your personal data. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para.1 a and f DS-GVO. Furthermore, personal data is processed in fulfillment of the tasks of the data protection officer in the sense of Art. 39 DSGVO and § 7BDSG.


c) Who receives your data?

We do not pass on your data to unauthorized third parties. However, to the extent necessary in the context of contract processing with natural persons, data will be disclosed to

Your personal data will be deleted after expiry of the statutory retention periods, which result, for example, from the German Civil Code (BGB), the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the German Fiscal Code (AO). If data is not affected by this, it will be deleted when the purpose no longer applies.
